… a remote-first distributed software house building custom software mainly for international customers. Our approach is to balance craftsmanship and pragmatism to deliver the best value to the customer. We mainly use .net in enterprise projects and opt for Python elsewhere.
Over the last 8 year we have delivered projects including sophisticated outbound callcenter used to execute millions of phone calls, mobile apps for startups and building entire enterprise microservice-based system landscape for a major Scandinavian insurance company.

Your responsibilities
- organization of business trips (planning, reservations, payments)
- managing Executive’s calendar of meetings
- documenting (in English) processes and standard procedures and following up on their execution
- processing accounting documents
- assisting with HR processes
- assisting with marketing initiatives
- written and oral translation in Polish – English: documents, correspondence, meetings,
- research, analysis, reporting as requested by the Executive
- supervising execution of tasks ordered by Executives and following up with other teams to make sure they are implemented
- representing the Company in professional manner
We expect that you
- have at least 12 months of experience at a similar position and with similar tasks
- have excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (CEFR C1+ is preferable),
- are fluent with standard office software and can learn new applications quickly
- are disciplined and can organize and plan your work
- enjoy working and communicating with people
You have additional advantage if you
- know and have experience with: WordPress or other CMS
- have basic marketing knowledge and practice posting well crafted content to social networks (actively maintenaed social profiles that stand out are a plus)
- enjoy technology and learning new things
